Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the function and the cleanliness of the property in accordance with the standards established by the Director of Facilities.
- Completes assigned arrival, departure, company, and private cleaning projects and other areas as needed.
- Maintain the established par level of supplies in assigned housekeeping van in order to complete daily assignments. Reports any supply shortage to Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintains van cleanliness.
- Maintains a clean, pleasant, and neat image according to department standards and company policy.
- Communicates with supervisor regarding work issues or concerns.
- Responsible to communicate completed assignments to supervisor for inspection.
- Interact and assist guests and members as needed and/or communicate request to Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements
- Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs.
- Reports safety or hazard concerns to management.
- Reports any on the job injury to management.
- Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education
- 3-5 years of work experience desired.
- Requires ability to bend, stretch, kneel, stoop, squat, reach, twist, crouch, and lift 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 50lbs on occasional basis.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time up to 85% of the workday.
- Able to withstand varying weather conditions.
- Congenial personality; able to interact well with others.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Able to work well without constant supervision.
