Housing Stabilization Coord (Weekends)

Part time, evening shift

About the Role

Provide direct administrative and programmatic services support for the individuals served within the Medical Respite program. Administrative skilled services include, but are not limited to:

• Compliance with all policies and procedures of the program
• Accurately completing all required documentation
• Providing necessary support for access to items to maintain daily living while an individual served is engaged at Medical Respite
• Monitoring and deploying de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all individuals served
• Other duties as assigned

Actively engage in a team-based model of service delivery, being proactive in seeking additional external and internal resources to meet the needs of the individual served.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, OR High School diploma and 4 years of experience related to social services, homelessness, disability services, or criminal justice
• Good computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Schedule

Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
