About the role
The Housing Revenue & Resident Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing revenue collection, resident account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collects and processes rent payments from residents
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts
- Responds to inquiries from residents regarding their accounts
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
- Works closely with other departments to resolve billing issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of housing finance and accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay
Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
