Housing Inspector
About the role
To assist in administering the maintenance programme, renovation and management for the Committee's properties and estates, by identifying the work required and arranging/monitoring its implementation.
Responsibilities
- Identify the work required for the Committee's properties and estates.
- Arrange and monitor the implementation of the identified work.
- Manage and organize the work to a suitable standard and in accordance with best practice, States policies, legislative requirements, and current Health & Safety standards.
- Have "ownership" of specific areas and tasks designated to them.
Requirements
The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of property management and a willingness to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
A relevant qualification in property management or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
