Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Counsels residents on eligibility and recertification processes.
- Maintains and audits resident files.
- Manages the waiting list and application process.
- Prepares and submits required reports.
- Distributes rent statements and collects fees.
- Oversees the work order process.
- Prepares and distributes a monthly newsletter.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years clerical experience.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist within one year of employment.

- Repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Able to communicate effectively verbally, written, and electronically.
- Able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and completeness of work products.
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
