Houseperson - Events (Part-Time)

About the role

The Houseperson – Events is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables, chairs, water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. Responsibilities

• Set up and break down all meeting spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, water, and related equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Lift and move moderate to heavy items as required.
• Maintain a fast‑paced work environment while delivering attentive service.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull a heavy amount of weight.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on hotel business needs, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
