As a Banquet Houseperson, you will serve as one of the first and last impressions of the hotel experience, delivering warm welcomes, personalized assistance, and seamless guest support throughout each stay. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with banquets team to understand needs of upcoming events, meetings, etc.
• Set banquet and meeting spaces per designated plans
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Oversee inventory

Requirements

• Prior experience in banquets highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an excellent standard of service
• Excellent eye for detail and highly organized
