Houseperson Associate

About the role

As a Houseperson Associate, you will support the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies to plan your day efficiently.
• Report room maintenance issues to the front desk staff and other team members.
• Understand and perform both ‘light touch’ and ‘full clean’ services effectively.
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock, and replace all room and bath amenities.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including a pressed uniform, employee identification, safety footwear, and protective equipment.

• You are prepared for the physical demands of the job and take pride in delivering spotless results.
• You know how to select the appropriate cleaning tools and products for various tasks.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable with:

• Standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.
