Houseperson 2nd Shift - PT

Maintanance Duties

• Delivers linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors
• Replenishes linen closets throughout the shift
• Collects soiled linens, used terry, trash, and recycling from guest floors
• Transports items to designated laundry or disposal areas
• Cleans guest corridors, service hallways, elevator landings, stairwells, vending and ice rooms, and other assigned public or service areas
• Vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops floors, spot-cleans walls and surfaces, and removes debris
• Cleans and maintains back-of-house areas including storage rooms, service closets, and staff workspaces

Supportive Roles

• Supports room readiness during high occupancy
• Responds promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Greet guests courteously when encountered
• Assists with room completion and responds to operational needs

Housekeeping Standards

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service hallways, elevator landings, stairwells, vending and ice rooms, and other assigned public or service areas
• Respond quickly to spills, urgent cleaning needs, and safety hazards

Additional Responsibilities

• Supports deep-cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, emergency support, and additional job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires high school diploma/GED
• Must exhibit strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance is required
• Must have the ability to respond to visual and verbal cues, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs. and frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
