- Manage guest reservations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate room assignments and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
