About the role

Responsible for managing guest reservations and ensuring a seamless check-in process. Oversee the coordination of room assignments and ensure all guest needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest reservations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate room assignments and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
