Cleaning & Sanitation

Vacuuming hallways/public areas, cleaning restrooms, washing walls, and polishing furniture.

Support & Logistics

Collecting soiled linen from housekeeping carts and delivering fresh linens to guest floor closets.

Guest Service

Delivering guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, blankets) and assisting with luggage if needed.

Job Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all public spaces and rooms meet high cleanliness standards.
• Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Flexibility: Working shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Common Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
