About the role

As a Turndown Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, you will create a comfortable and welcoming evening environment for guests by refreshing guest rooms and preparing them for a restful night. This role is essential in delivering the personalized service and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service in occupied guest rooms.
• Refresh bathrooms by replacing used towels and wiping down surfaces.
• Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, stationery, and room supplies.
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas.
• Create a relaxing evening atmosphere by preparing beds, closing drapes, adjusting lighting, and ensuring rooms meet luxury standards.
• Prepare vacant rooms for arriving guests.
• Assist with full Room Attendant duties and support other Housekeeping team members when needed.
• Follow Four Seasons standards, policies, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (experience preferred).
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $26.64
