Housekeeping Technician -Full Time - Days

Pay

The Pay Range is $15.00 - $17.79 per hour.

Schedule

This position works Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, and every 3rd Saturday.

About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for the general cleaning, floor care, refurbishment, and renovation of private residences and public areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality and demeanor.
• Able to understand and carry out oral and written assignments.
• Self-motivated, able to schedule time wisely and accommodate changes.
• Strong work ethic, fast learner.
• Able to operate all power equipment safely.
• Must have an acceptable DMV driving record to obtain authorization on the VMRC-approved drivers list if driving a VMRC vehicle is needed.
