Housekeeping Supervisor - Weekends **MUST**

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team during weekend shifts.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to achieve optimal performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Change linens, make beds, restock supplies.
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Keep housekeeping carts and work areas organized.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Work independently and with the housekeeping team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but no experience required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays.
