About the role

Coconat is an impact-oriented company that promotes rural development through an innovative tourism model combining workation, coworking, and coliving. Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of 20 guest rooms and numerous shared spaces.
• Support teammates through feedback and mutual assistance.
• Dishwashing, window cleaning, and other rotating housekeeping tasks.
• Doing laundry and keeping housekeeping areas clean and well organized.

Qualifications

• Enjoy keeping things clean with an eye for detail and pride in achieving excellent results.
• Strong sense of quality, proactively reporting when something requires extra attention.
• Stay organized in busy situations and comfortable asking for support when needed.
• Appreciate flat hierarchies and open communication.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and are reliable and trustworthy.

Working Conditions

• Location: Bad Belzig, OT Klein Glien, Germany
• Start Date: Flexible
• Working Hours: Part-time or full-time, depending on availability
