Housekeeping Runner - PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Proactively handle housekeeping needs and guest requests, either personally or by referring as appropriate.
• Operate a Smartphone device to access assignments, submit, respond, follow, and close work orders and guest requests assigned.
• Ensure Smartphone device and communications equipment work properly and follow proper etiquette when communicating over the radio.
• Provide complimentary toiletries to guests, such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo.
• Deliver rollaways, cribs, linens, and other items requested by guests and remove runner items from hallways.
• Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain inventories of supplies, obtain necessary supplies to support forecasted levels of business, clean and organize closets.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
• Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
• Familiarity with HOTSOS preferred.
• Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, and guests.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled.
• Position requires the ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50+ pounds repetitively throughout the shift.
