Housekeeping Room Attendant, Part Time - Sawmill Creek Resort

Responsibilities

• Carry dirty linens from guest rooms to the laundry area for processing.
• Clean with a variety of chemicals to ensure cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Use a vacuum daily to maintain floors.
• Collect trash from containers, pick up trash items in hotel rooms, and public areas.
• Mak beds ensuring a neat, presentable appearance.
• Restock supplies, such as shampoos, conditioners, soaps, etc. in guest rooms and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas and perform all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines, report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with coworkers
• Responsible for cleaning of all common areas within the Resort, public spaces, mopping and sweeping floors, vacuuming, and dusting.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to push-pull a cart 100lbs with assistance
• Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including: days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
