Housekeeping Room Attendant

About the role

Our hotel is looking for a full-time Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. You’ll deliver clean, well-maintained guest rooms that meet company and brand standards, assist guests when needed, and collaborate with the hotel team to create memorable stays.

This role requires medium physical work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently. You’ll need to bend, stretch, twist, or reach while working in variable temperatures, noise levels, and environments—both indoors and outdoors—around chemicals, fumes, odors, dust, and mite hazards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean, detail-oriented guest rooms that meet company and brand standards.
• Assist guests with needs and collaborate with the hotel team to ensure memorable stays.
• Perform all required housekeeping functions, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and reaching.
• Maintain a team-oriented approach within the Housekeeping department.

Requirements

• Organized with a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work in variable temperatures, noise levels, and environments (indoors/outdoors).
• Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, odors, dust, and mite hazards.
• Capable of medium physical work: lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Passion for hospitality and guest-focused service.
