Responsibilities
- Adhere to PPR standards of cleanliness in all assigned guest rooms.
- Clean up to 16 rooms within an 8-hour shift, ensuring compliance with PPR cleaning standards.
- Maintain beds to standard and ensure dust ruffles and duvets are spotless.
- Ensure all guest rooms have the appropriate number of towels and amenities as outlined in PPR policy and procedure.
- Report all maintenance issues and grouting issues in guest room bathrooms.
- Maintain accurate reporting of guest room status on room assignment sheets and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Keep a clean and organized Housekeeping Cart and caddy.
- Report all lost and found items immediately and ensure they are clearly marked with all pertinent information.
- Deep clean and perform special projects as assigned on a daily and weekly basis.
- Maintain guest room hallways by vacuuming and dusting.
- Work in various sections as assigned by the supervisor.
- Support the supervisor and manager in completing checklists and special projects.
- Aid in the training process as needed.
- Spot and report carpets needing cleaning to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and flexibility under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
