About the role
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Ensure all guest amenities are stocked and functioning properly
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
