Housekeeping Patient Associate - Environmental Services (Days) (PRN)

Duties

• Perform daily cleaning and supplying of patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, lavatories, bathrooms, offices, and other areas as assigned.
• Assist patients, family members, and guests in the facility to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the Environmental Services team and other departments to complete tasks and provide assistance as needed.
• Establish procedures under general supervision as directed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write to follow directives.
• Must have a minimum of a grammar school education or equivalent.
• After brief training, must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies, and tools assigned.
• One week to three months of on-the-job training is required.
• Previous experience in a medical facility is preferred but not required.
