About the role

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Housekeeper/Laundry Aide to join our family. The role is resident‑centered, supportive of families, and focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized environment in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The aide helps enhance resident independence, comfort, and overall quality of life through exceptional housekeeping and laundry services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident areas and common spaces.
• Organize and manage laundry services in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations.
• Support resident independence and comfort through timely housekeeping tasks.
• Contribute to a positive facility culture and resident‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred when applicable.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or long‑term care setting preferred.
