About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and contributing to the design and development of software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Contribute to the design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of developers.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with software development lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
