About the role
Field & Stream Bozeman is a lodge located one mile from downtown Bozeman, Montana. It serves as a central hub for various outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, skiing at Bridger Bowl, and hiking the "M" trail.
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms and/or suites to ensure cleanliness and equipment are in good condition.
- May upgrade guest rooms to premium types when available.
- Analyze guest satisfaction reports and develop action plans to improve scores.
- Prepare and communicate reports to hotel management.
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Report, turn-in, and/or log all found items.
- May assist in cleaning hotel guest rooms and public areas.
- May assist with deep cleaning projects.
- May assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- 2-4 years' experience as hotel Room Attendant.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and equipment use.
- Ability to maintain hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prioritize and organize work assignments, direct performance of assigned staff, and follow up with corrections.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Demonstrated ability to train staff and ensure high levels of customer service.
Skills
- Knowledge of safe and proper chemical handling.
