At Bottleworks Hotel, built for the modern traveler, you’ll be a key part of ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression. As the Housekeeping Inspector, you will ensure the quality of cleanliness and general maintenance of rooms and public spaces. You’ll also provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini-bar throughout their stay, inventory all guest mini-bars daily, and post appropriate charges prior to departure. Positive guest interactions are essential, as Housekeeping Associates play an important role in delivering a unique experience for each guest.

Responsibilities

• Inspect housekeepers’ work to required standards to ensure quality checkouts and daily service in units and public spaces.
• Assist with cleaning rooms and/or covering for housekeepers as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Tech or Supervisor.
• Report any theft, damage, or lost and found items to management.
• Ensure proper furnishing and literature is in all units.
• Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
• Pick up ground litter around the hotel or wherever visible.
• Perform similar duties as requested by Supervisor, Director, or General Manager.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
• Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping and customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• U.S. work authorization (required).

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
