Housekeeping Inspector
Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms using established quality standards before arrival
- Verify kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are guest-ready
- Ensure appliances, HVAC systems, linens, and amenities are properly stocked and functioning
- Identify and report maintenance issues immediately
- Work closely with Housekeeping to correct deficiencies quickly
- Cook up with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure rooms are available on time
- Inspect public areas throughout the resort
- Help maintain organized storage and supply areas
- Assist with room cleaning when needed during busy periods

What You'll Do
As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll help ensure every guest walks into a room that's clean, comfortable, safe, and ready to exceed expectations.
You'll play a direct role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by helping us achieve:
- 100% of assigned units inspected before guest arrival
- Guest-ready rooms that consistently exceed resort standards
- Prompt communication of maintenance and housekeeping issues
- Outstanding cleanliness scores on guest surveys and online reviews
- Exceptional first impressions that create repeat guests
Compensation & Benefits

Your attention to detail sets the tone for the guest's entire vacation. A perfectly prepared room creates unforgettable first impressions. A missed detail can impact an entire stay.
