About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our team as an Overnight House Attendant. In this important overnight role, you will ensure our public areas are maintained to the highest standards through thorough deep-cleaning and upkeep. Working alongside the overnight team, you will help create a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest from the moment they arrive through the duration of their stay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public and service areas, including the lobby, elevators, public restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other designated spaces through routine and deep-cleaning activities.
• Perform floor care and housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and polishing surfaces such as tile, marble, and brass; remove and dispose of trash from designated areas in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Stewarding and Bell Services.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping preferred
• Work authorization in the United States
• Ability to read, write and understand English

Schedule

Flexible work schedule that includes the hours of 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. daily, weekends and holidays.

• Fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, prolonged standing, and frequent pushing and pulling of large items during your shift.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leaders through ongoing communication to quickly respond to and resolve guest requests.
