Housekeeping House Attendant

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking a House Attendant who embodies a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to their interactions. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Supports a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Aid in transporting rollaway beds and other larger items requested by guests.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant.
• Personalize the service experience for each guest by responding promptly to requests for additional items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and extra pillows.
• Assist with room setups for children’s amenities and VIP guests, and maintain cleanliness of lanai furniture and windows.

Requirements

Work authorization required. Must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Strong customer service skills. High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Weekend and holiday availability required.
