Housekeeping - Guestroom Attendant - Full Time
About the role
Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Guest Room Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into every task. This role shapes the guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization in the United States is required.
Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus, paid after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period and probationary review. Internal applicants within the Four Seasons Resort are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
- Clean a set number of rooms during each shift.
- Remove dirty towels and sheets, replacing them with clean linens from the Linen Closet.
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom) according to procedure.
- Perform deep cleaning of rooms as needed, including remaking beds, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms (showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks), vacuuming carpets, and sweeping floors.
- Make beds, vacuum carpets, and clean marble and tile areas.
- Remove Room Service dishes to the Linen Closet.
- Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
- Lift up to 70 lbs and maintain/organize guest room supplies and linens within the F-Station service areas daily.
Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
