As a Guest Request Attendant, you’re not just delivering housekeeping items to guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Promptly fulfill guest requests for items such as toiletries, pillows, towels, rollaways, and cribs
• Retrieve, clean, shine, and return guest shoes with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain tidy, well-stocked housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices to support daily operations
• Set up and store rollaways, cribs, and other amenities to ensure readiness and cleanliness for future use
