Housekeeping/ Environmental services Needed

About the role

Roswell Nursing and Healing is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/floor tech and laundry tech to join our team. Help us maintain a warm, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere for our residents. This isn’t just a cleaning job—it’s a meaningful role where you’ll brighten lives every day.

What You'll Do

As a Housekeeper:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and shared facilities
• Follow cleaning protocols and infection control procedures
• Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all residents
• Work alongside a supportive and compassionate team

Floor tech:

• Responsible for scrubbing, refreshing, and buffing of floor surfaces
• Empties trash cans, ensures all entry ways are clean
• Maintain the equipment

Laundry tech:

• Responsible for performing in-house laundry services for the facility linens and residents' clothing in a safe and sanitary manner

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience (especially in a healthcare or nursing home setting is a plus—but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others
• Compassion, respect, and care for the elderly
