Housekeeping/ Custodial Associate- FT

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of the building including restrooms, selling floor, office spaces, and other common areas.
• Present a courteous and professional demeanor to customers and coworkers.
• Dust the selling floor (both high and low).
• Maintain carpets and tile floors using commercial-grade equipment.
• Sweep, collect trash, and recycle materials.
• Pick up trash from registers and offices.
• Dust mop, wet mop floors, and vacuum rugs.
• Wipe down cafeteria tables, empty trash cans, and dry/wet mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and empty trash cans in restrooms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Moderate lifting (up to 35 lbs.).
• Sit, stand, and walk for required periods of time.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers to handle objects and operate tools and/or controls.
