Housekeeping Coordinator

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff.
• Identifies room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room on assignment sheets/workboards.
• Captures VIP service to ensure VIP’s needs are met throughout the stay.
• Calls for assistance from Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry as needed.
• Assigns rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ list to Housekeepers as they occur.
• Communicates with Housekeeping team throughout the day to ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18.00
