Housekeeping - Central Campus (Full Time)

Primary Duties

• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish various areas
• Stock and replace consumable items as needed
• Apply necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces
• Execute cleaning duties using necessary equipment
• Carry out special projects requiring labor activities
• Handle and operate cleaning machinery according to protocol

Secondary Duties

• Notify supervisor of damages, deficits, or safety issues
• Perform general labor activities as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Strong ability to pull, push, and maneuver work-related equipment
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
• Manipulate, turn, and grasp objects of varying sizes and weights
• Strong hand-eye coordination and motor skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights

• Comply with health and safety rules and company practices
• Follow safety policies and procedures

• Deal with complaints and requests professionally and patiently
