Housekeeping Attendant, PRN

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for environmental cleaning and disinfecting under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Director of EVS. This individual performs a variety of routine cleaning functions in assigned areas to maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning functions in assigned areas
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices, rest rooms, and other areas
• Keep all equipment in good working condition
• Perform periodic or situational duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

• At least two to six months of experience as an Environment Attendant
• Hospital experience preferred
• Ability to follow established cleaning methods in performing daily tasks
• Ability to perform routine repetitive cleaning of assigned areas

Schedule

Flexibility with schedule is required.
