About the role

As a Room Attendant at Blue Flame Management, you will clean assigned rooms across three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms in accordance with standard operating procedures, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and restocking paper and soap supplies.
• Complete tasks as directed by your supervisor within specified timeframes (e.g., minutes per occupied room).
• Strip all checkout room linens and terry by noon daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to handle various personalities and situations with professionalism.
• Strong decision-making skills and a drive for perfection.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Availability to work weekends.
