About the role

Blue Flame Management operates three hotels on the northeast side of Fort Wayne: Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North (a dual‑property location). As a Room Attendant you will help maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms while benefiting from competitive wages, flexible full‑time to part‑time hours, worldwide hotel discounts, and top‑notch training.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, restocking paper and soap supplies.
• Meet the required minutes per occupied room.
• Ensure all checkout room linens and terry are stripped by noon daily.
• Follow directions from your direct supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.

• Knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
• Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations.
• Ability to make fast and sound decisions.

• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
