Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and event spaces.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, following established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including housekeeping carts and supply closets.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or guest concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proactivity, initiative, and creative problem-solving while exercising good judgment and attention to detail.
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional hospitality education or training is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred.
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to constantly stand and walk, with occasional stooping, kneeling, ascending, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
