Responsibilities

• Clean rooms according to identified standards and maintain accurate room status reports.
• Manage keys securely by signing in/out and reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Dust lobby areas, organize floor trolleys, and procure missing materials.
• Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra beds, pillows, towels).
• Collect and dispose of empty plates/glasses/utensils from rooms.
• Report maintenance needs, lost-and-found items, and uncleaned rooms (e.g., DND) to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of floor offices, amenities offices, corridors, and staircases (vacuuming, mopping, dusting).
• Ensure all linens and materials are ironed, unsoiled, and intact; send damaged items to laundry.
• Participate in vocational trainings, emergency response teams, and implement hotel security rules.
• Contribute to sustainability efforts by minimizing waste, conserving energy, and following environmental protocols.
• Perform additional duties assigned by managers or hotel leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Primary school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: Ability to learn the role within a few months and enhance skills within a year.
• Skills: Proficiency with job-related equipment, awareness of standard routines, and possession of required certifications (if applicable).
• Personal attributes: Reliability, strong personal hygiene, good health, effective communication, professional appearance, eagerness to learn, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
