Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming of all carpets and floors
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms
• Dusting all areas, including plants, pictures, furniture, ornaments, and lamps
• Spot washing walls of fingerprints and smudge marks
• Cleaning of all light fixtures
• Collecting of all garbage and removing to specified location
• Detailed cleaning of oven, fridge, stove top and hood, dishwasher, microwave, toasters, and coffee maker
• Washing of all soiled dishes, cookware, and cutlery
• Cleaning and disinfecting of waste containers (inside and out)
• Sweeping and washing of outside deck floor surface
• Cleaning of deck railings and furniture
• Ensuring all beds have fresh linens
• Replenishing toilet tissue
• Turning mattresses as required
• Protecting equipment and reporting any inadequacies
• Notifying superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and company-related practices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Seasonal, full-time availability (we open in spring and close in October)

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend availability required
