Housekeeping Attendant

Role Overview

The Room Attendant works with the Housekeeping Team to clean guest rooms, public areas, and assist in laundry operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms and public spaces, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and handling trash.
• Assist in laundry duties, monitoring supplies, operating washers and dryers, inspecting linens, and reporting damages.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Report maintenance issues, promote teamwork, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Perform deep cleaning and handle lost and found items appropriately.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in extended stay environments.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages are beneficial.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, lift up to 75 pounds, and work with cleaning chemicals.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
