Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role

Maintain and perform all housekeeping duties to uphold Graton Resort & Casino's hospitality standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include cleaning hotel rooms, restocking supplies, handling guest interactions, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, hallways, windows, elevators, mirrors, pool areas, and assigned offices.
• Perform general and deep cleaning tasks: changing bed linen, scrubbing and sanitizing surfaces, polishing furniture, mopping floors, and vacuuming carpets.
• Move and arrange guest room amenities and furniture.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas neatly.
• Handle soiled linen, amenities, and furniture; dispose of trash, recycling, and biohazards.
• Communicate effectively via phone and radio; report potential hazards to management.
• Operate housekeeping tools and equipment (e.g., vacuums, carpet extractors, steamers).
• Inspect guest room equipment (e.g., coffee makers, cribs) and report repairs needed.
• Rotate inventory and distribute supplies; control master keys per Key Control Policy.
• Comply with all company and department rules, policies, and procedures; know SDS binder locations.
• Operate and maintain laundry machines (non-essential).
• Assist with monthly linen, product, and office inventory (non-essential).
