Housekeeping Attendant

Join our dynamic team at Outbound Mammoth as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other areas of the property. Responsibilities

• Be an expert on all our services, features, and local activities to ensure guests have unforgettable experiences.
• Complete all assigned guest room cleaning duties to the highest standard, including sweeping and mopping floors, checking under furniture for debris, dusting and sanitizing surfaces, etc.
• Keep your cleaning cart, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and public areas fully stocked and guest-ready.
• Master the proper use of all equipment, showcasing dedication to excellence.
• Maintain spotless and inviting guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping linen, storage closets, and public areas.
• Adhere to all safety and cleanliness protocols, including proper handling, cleaning, and disposal of materials, aligning with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards.
• Demonstrate integrity by managing key control and ensuring the security of all keys, buildings, and vehicles.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Handle lost and found items with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience in a 3 or 4-star environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and complete job duties with speed and attention to detail.
• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in basic English.
• Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.

• Regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear.
• Capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8-hour work shift.

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Exposure to indoor and outdoor working environments.
• Moderate to loud noise levels in the work environment.
• Frequent use of chemical cleaning agents, household cleaning products, and equipment.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.
