About the role
The primary focus of this role is to ensure the hotel's guest environment is clean and welcoming. This includes tasks such as delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and handling other similar responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel premises.
- Ensure guest requests are promptly and efficiently addressed.
- Stock and restock guest rooms and public areas as needed.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested to support the overall guest experience.
Requirements
Preferred weekend and holiday availability is required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds is essential.
