Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at Golf Villas at Oro Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident units, common areas, hallways, and other designated spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Change bed linens and replenish supplies as needed.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with property guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Basic communication skills in English.
Work Schedule
Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
