Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and readiness of all PS spaces, including private suites, member lounges, restrooms, offices and back-of-house areas, ensuring they consistently meet PS’s premium standards.
- Prepare and reset private suites with meticulous attention to detail (linens, amenities, surfaces, overall ambiance, etc.) ensuring each space feels pristine, intentional and welcoming.
- Ensure all shared environments, including the Member Salon and transitional spaces, remain spotless, organized and reflective of PS’s luxury brand at all times.
- Move seamlessly throughout the property, proactively identifying and addressing cleanliness and presentation needs without direction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team member requests, supporting the overall guest experience with warmth, discretion and efficiency.
- Maintain organized housekeeping carts, storage areas and supply levels. Adhere to all PS protocols, including safety, sanitation and security standards.
- Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs in a timely and accurate manner to preserve the integrity of the space.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Operations and Hospitality teams to ensure alignment and continuity in the guest experience.
- Uphold PS standards for appearance, communication and conduct. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times within a high-profile guest environment.
- Perform physically active work including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing and carrying items up to 50 lbs, while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
- Adapt to changing operational needs and support additional duties as required to ensure an exceptional and uninterrupted guest experience.
- Monitor, dispatch and update in real time PS operational systems (radio, Teams chats, Helpdesk and other PS operational systems).
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Service oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Comfort working in a fast paced, operationally complex environment.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
- Must have a reliable method of transportation to travel to and from PS LAX.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently.
- Absolutely authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation
$27.00/hour. During the first 90 days of employment, employees are paid a training rate of $22.95/hour. Overtime opportunities available.
