Housekeeping Associate, Mount Pleasant Campus FT

The mission of Seacoast Church is to help others find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. Our Facilities Team works hard to keep our church clean and ready for guests during the Weekend Experience, weekly meetings, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Heart to Serve: Ensure all scheduled event areas are in excellent, clean condition, before and after events.
• Prepare building for the Weekend Experience, week day ministry events and other hosted meetings, and special conferences and church events.
• Provide janitorial services as needed: Including but not limited to: cleaning event areas and restroom facilities according to established standards.
• Perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Follow established cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
• Remove and dispose of trash and waste material.
• Monitor and replenish restroom supplies, including soap, paper products, and hygiene items.
• Follow procedures and checklists to ensure proper cleaning.

Job Essentials

• Christ Follower (Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned with our religious beliefs and faith).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment and without direct supervision.
• Work a flexible schedule, including opening or closing shifts.
• High level of proficiency with housekeeping functions.
