Housekeeping Associate - Home2 Suites Frankfort, KY

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping work area
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards promptly
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Auxiliary housekeeping-related duties as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
