Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds, serving southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana. Our facility includes an ER, a Level II Trauma Center, a Level 1 ICU, the only Burn Center in Idaho, a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, and a 74-bed Behavioral Health Center. As part of the HCA Healthcare network, we offer opportunities for travel and relocation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and other areas by providing housekeeping services.
- Ensure optimum sanitation and a clean environment throughout the hospital using aseptic techniques and specialized cleaning processes.
- Utilize a variety of cleaning devices and follow a daily cleaning schedule according to area needs.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Participate in staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
- Ensure customer quality expectations are met by providing courteous and caring service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and tools is preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
