About the role
Ridgefield Station’s caring and compassionate Housekeeping team members provide a clean environment for our senior residents. A career at Ridgefield Station means joining a team of caring and compassionate professionals who are encouraged to share their opinions and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
- Clean residents’ apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
- Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms.
- Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas, as needed.
- Take care of equipment used within the department.
- Work with a team to complete assignments.
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Be on time and reliable – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.

Pay & Schedule
- Rates start at $18 per hour
- Available Shifts: Saturday-Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
